The staff were really nice too make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. The room we had was lovely, with a gorgeous view of the river. The jacuzzi bath was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, including the scrumptious scrambled eggs. We also appreciated the free hour of spa use, which allowed us to relax in privacy. The location, although not in the center of Florence, was easily accessible with the free shuttle bus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It would have been helpful if the shuttle service ran more frequently throughout the day, especially during peak times.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel by the river. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre with stunning views of the river. The service was impeccable, with the staff always on hand to meet our needs. The younger receptionist in particular was a delight, always going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The leisure facilities were excellent, including a wonderful spa and wellness centre, with a sauna and steam room, and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
If you're looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city, we highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel had a great location with beautiful views of the river and hills. The outdoor area and pool were perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had an undercroft garage for parking.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Aldo who gave great recommendations. Free shuttle bus to and from the city center, making it easy to explore. Clean and spacious room with excellent bathroom products. Delicious food at the restaurant and a great selection for breakfast.
